The problem with this approach is not only that it’s unhealthy, it’s ultimately ineffective since you will likely just gain the weight back once you return to eating normally.
2. Next you need to clean up your diet.
If you are anything like the majority of other people in the world you probably consume foods and beverages that are far from healthy. So you need to cut down on the highly processed foods that are loaded with sugars and fat. It’s okay to have one every now and then, but eating like this on a daily basis is a surefire way to pack on the pounds and also negatively impact your health.
3. Make exercise a priority.
You are probably quite busy with work and family commitments, but that’s just an excuse to not exercise. You don’t have to go the gym for several hours every day. In fact you don’t have to go to the gym at all. All you really need to do is to do some body weight resistance training such as push ups and sit ups, and also get some cardio in by walking, swimming, or jogging. The point here is that you don’t have to live in the gym to get results. As long as you are working out with enough intensity to burn calories then you will be working toward your weight loss goals.
